Submitting Art
Please include your company name
and purchase order number on all artwork sent. Choose a file name that relates
to the artwork such as the purchase order number or quote number. Always send a
hard copy of your art so that we can compare the two and verify that your
artwork is not altered in any way when opened.
You may submit a JPEG or PDF
file to act as your hard copy. Include it as an attachment along with your
artwork.

For files larger than 3MB,
please upload artwork through MEGAUPLOAD below.
Acceptable Art
Vector artwork is required. Please convert all Mac files
to PC by using the “Save for PC” function.
Acceptable Software
- Adobe
Illustrator, Version 10 or lower
- Save as an EPS file
- Create outlines for all
text
Artwork Recreation Services
If you do not have acceptable vector artwork USB Pro Line is pleased to offer
artwork recreation services.
Please note that the prices listed below for
artwork recreation do not refer to the design of a new logo; rather, this
process consists of putting existing artwork - JPEG (.jpg), bitmap (.bmp), GIF
(.gif), PDF (.pdf), or various other non-vector format files - into the proper
vector format.
Artwork recreation: $45.00 ($US)
Note: Recreating art adds 2 days
to the production process
RUSH Artwork recreation: $65.00 ($US)
Note: Recreating RUSH art adds 1 day to the production process
